Dr. Tirtha Mendake L.Ac, FABORM, D.C, MBBS is the founder of Avaya Wellness.
After over a decade of integrative healthcare experience in India and United States, I founded Avaya Wellness in 2013. My mission was to make a patient focused healing space that would offer a harmonious fusion of diverse holistic therapies. In the past ten years we have have assisted numerous individuals with Pain relief, Natural conception or with IVF support, Pregnancy comfort, Digestive wellness, Improved sleep and overall well being. Our comprehensive wellness programs blend Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Chiropractic, Nutritional Supplementation and Yogic Practices.
